Christopher Capital Funding Ltd. is a wholly-owned real estate financing subsidiary of Christopher Investments Ltd., a private Vancouver based company.

Christopher Capital Funding Ltd. was formed in 1993 and has been active in both Vancouver and Victoria and their environs financing a variety of new developments and existing income producing properties. In addition to traditional mezzanine lending, more recent transactions have included land assemblies, recreation/resort based developments, inventory loans and cost-overruns for projects in advanced stages of development.

Borrowers can take comfort in knowing that Christopher is not directly involved in development activity nor does it rely on third party investor or syndicated equity to fund loans. These two attributes set Christopher apart from many mezz lenders and allows a more flexible approach to each loan transaction and a response/funding timeliness that are second to none.
